Pulse I is a one-of-a-kind porcelain sculpture, wheel-thrown and hand-altered to create its softly irregular, rounded form.
The surface is decorated with black porcelain inlay, individually carved and filled by hand. On the top, the inlay radiates around a central detail made with black and white porcelain, while small raised drops of porcelain create a tactile, rhythmic texture.
The contrast between the smooth porcelain surface and the dense pattern gives the piece a quiet yet dynamic presence.
